Call for Mystery Cases
This is a call for cases for the mystery case session at the ESVCP 2022 ECVCP Congress in Belgrade, Serbia on 5 – 8 October, 2022.
The case session will be held on Saturday, 8th October 2022.
- The deadline for case submission is 1st July 2022 15th July 2022, but priority will be given to those submissions arriving first.
- Please send two PDF files of your case submission:
- The first file should include the case as an unknown (mystery) case with enough information for the reader to make or suspect the diagnosis. There should be 2-3 questions with the case to guide the reader’s interpretation.
- The second file should include additional information including diagnosis, discussion a discussion nd references.
- Examples of previous cases (unknown and with diagnosis) may be seen on the ESVCP-ECVCP website. A template is also provided.
- Reduce the size of any photos to 500-700 pixels so they do not take up too much space.
- The Scientific Committee will give early confirmation to cases excellent enough to certainly be included.
- Cases do not need to be the first ever but should have a good ‘lesson to learn’ to share with colleagues attending the meeting or reading pdf files of the accepted cases on ESVCP website. This is always fun. Please send in an interesting case to be a part of the action.
- Please submit all cases via the ESCVP 2022 ECVCP Abstract and Mystery Cases Submission.
- For additional information about mystery cases session, please contact Kelly du Preez (drkcvbvsc@yahoo.com).
